A great first half of the year for Retail Associates
It’s July already and we can’t quite believe it. It’s been a fantastic start to the year for everyone here at Retail Associates. We’ve had some big client wins and we’ve also had the pleasure of welcoming some new faces.
New members of the team
As our clients both past and present know, our team work hard each and every day to ensure we deliver products and services of the highest quality, and thanks to our team’s hard work we have been able to expand the business and take on both a Service Engineer who will be part of our maintenance and servicing fleet and we are also pleased to announce that we have also added another Installation Engineer to our ranks.
Busy time for the business
As well as continuing to provide an outstanding service for our existing clients, we have also secured a maintenance contract with one of the UK’s major retailers. We will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance at a large number of their stores.
Our factory team have also been extremely busy preparing for one of our overseas orders.
As well as ensuring our existing products are manufactured and delivered to clients across the UK, our design team have been hard at work designing several new products that we are looking forward to sharing with you in due course.
We have also secured a trial site for our kiosks and Back Line products with a convenience chain and have also completed our first installation of cigarette drawers for another retailer.
As summer approaches we’re excited to be busier than ever and look forward to seeing what the next few months have in store.
