2018 has been a fantastic year for us so far here at Retail Associates, with the second half of the year looking promising for the business too.
We’ve been a supplier of new front end equipment to food retailers for many years now, and we have also developed a specialism in supplying unrivalled refurbishment and maintenance services as well as all associated equipment to food retailers across the UK.
Over the next 5 years we plan to expand the business outside the food retailing sector and therefore, as a result, we’re looking to add to our growing team at our Head Office in Warrington.
Our team are a great bunch of people and here at our HQ in Warrington anyone joining us will be met with a warm welcome from one of the best teams in the UK, who are highly skilled, self-motivated and hard-working.
We’re currently looking for a CAD Engineer and a Business Development Manager to help drive the business forward and both roles come with a host of benefits for the right candidate.
CAD Engineer
As a CAD Engineer, you’ll become part of our growing design team and will be full of creativity and have a passion for 3D modelling, producing detailed 2D drawings to agreed timescales as well as creating detailed specifications and billing for materials.
You’ll also need to be able to drive and you’ll need to have had a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years to apply for the role as you’ll need to travel across the UK to meet with our customers and suppliers when necessary when needed.

Business Development Manager
As part of our continued growth strategy, we’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to help us with our expansion beyond the food retailer sector.
Identifying new business opportunities will play a key part of your day to day activities as will presenting, promoting and selling our products and services to potential new customers.
You’ll also need to travel the UK to meet with current and potential new clients so you’ll need to hold a valid UK driving license and will have done so for at least 2 years.
Due to the fact that role will require you to travel across the UK, we’ll supply the right candidate with a company car or alternatively we will provide you with a car allowance.
